By accessing or using the MyHotel Rooms platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

MyHotel Rooms provides a cloud-based property management software solution, including billing management, reception, and revenue analytics for hotels and properties.

3. 15-Day Free Trial

We offer a 15-day trial period to test out our platform features. No credit card is required to sign up. After the trial ends, continued use requires selecting a paid licensing plan.

4. Data Storage & Security

All property, hotel, and guest data entered into the system is stored strictly within your dedicated, private database. We do not sell, rent, or transfer this data to external systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, design, logos, and UI patterns remain the sole property of MyHotel Rooms and its development team. You may not duplicate or resell the platform codebase without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyHotel Rooms shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server downtime, or business miscalculations during the operation of your property.
